Cumberland’s rich history and tradition of high achievement is enhanced by a well rounded educational experience for students. In addition to rigorous instruction and learning in the core subjects, students have weekly classes in art, music, physical education and library/media skills taught by certified specialists in each field. Students in first through fifth grades have twice weekly Spanish instruction.
With approximately 700 students, Cumberland’s student body is diverse. More than a dozen languages are spoken by students representing countries all around the world. We believe building strong relationships with our students and their families is important. Our teachers and staff are here to help students develop the interpersonal and thinking skills they will need in this quickly changing world. We would love to show you our school!
