2024-2025 Athletic Registration will be available on July 23, 2024 in Family Access on Skyward.
DIRECTIONS: Log into Parent Family Access (Parent Access ONLY) on the left under HOME, choose ONLINE FORMS and ATHLETIC REGISTRATION, complete all forms. Please note: if two family household, only the first household has access to the registration process.
This year, you will have an opportunity to upload your child's physical or alternate year card. If you choose not to upload the form, you can still drop off the physical or alternate year card in the Activities office.

If the physical we have on file in the Activities office is prior to April 1, 2023 a new WIAA Physician Clearance form is needed. The WIAA Alternate Year Card is needed only for physicals after April 1, 2023. Incoming freshman and new students need a new physician clearance form on file.
ATHLETIC FEE is $175 per student for the entire 2024-2025 school year, this is not per sport. Similar to last year, you will have the option to pay online through the athletic registration. If you choose not to pay online, please drop off your payment of $175 to the Activities office and complete the registration. Thank You.
PLEASE NOTE: No fee for Dance, Cheer, Hockey, Ski Racing and Snowboard. There are separate fees you will be charged by the coach.
