Registration
Registration for WFB MS athletics includes four pieces:
1. Completion of the registration form specific to each sport (see the offerings page for registration links)
2. Current physical uploaded in Family Access
3. Updated Concussion Awareness form in Family Access
4. $70 registration fee (will be added to your Family Access account after registration)
All students that participate in athletics must have their physical and concussion awareness forms completed and uploaded to Family Access prior to participation. This yearly requirement ensures that your athlete is healthy to play and participate. No students will be allowed to participate until cleared for participation.
